20 stories high, the Ritz-Carlton, Amman has 228 rooms – the most spacious of any hotel room in Jordan – including 34 opulent suites, divided into seven different categories. All rooms and suites have been intricately designed and elegantly furnished, with a sophisticated ambience felt throughout the property.
Led by Wimberly Interiors London, the hotel’s design is inspired by the culture and history of Jordan, which is reflected in the hotel’s bold interior architecture, bespoke lighting, Art Deco touches and contemporary art. The artistic elements of the hotel are inspired by the landscape of the Kingdom, from the natural crevices of the sea and the saturated colors of the earth to the deep crevices of caves and mountains. Petra’s breathtaking structures are reflected in a series of vignettes, while Roman and Nabataean architectural features are modernly reinterpreted throughout the hotel. The flooring in the guest hallways pays homage to Jordan’s desert landscape and the rooms are inspired by the natural elements of the destination, the sand and the sea.
The Ritz Carlton, Amman offers a wide range of distinctive dining options. Rising above the Amman skyline on the 20 from the hotele floor is the property’s signature restaurant, Roberto’s.
