“We have been anticipating the start of construction at Chandler Connection since we made the decision to expand into the Phoenix market,” said John Comunale, President of Comunale Properties. “We believe we are building the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and appreciate the support this project has received from the Town of Chandler and our development partners.

Butler Design Group serves as the project architect for Chandler Connection. Ken McQueen and Chris McClurg of Lee & Associates are the exclusive development leasing brokers.

“Comunale has approached this development with the utmost care, from selecting a leading project team to the quality of the building itself,” said SLC President and CEO Jamie Godwin. “It’s something that potential tenants and the industry as a whole will see reflected in the end product. “

Developed as a mid-bay industrial project, Chandler Connection amenities include a clear height of 32ft, bay depth of 140ft to 240ft, column spacing of 52ft x 60ft, and truck lot in concrete fenced and secure 135 ft. The fact that we are experiencing this now, with projects like Chandler Connection, is a testament to the current level of demand, ”said McClurg. “This has resulted in a very strong pre-rental interest in this project, with inquiries coming both from the entire building and from smaller tenants – many of whom are flocking to the East Valley. to support the growing local presence of giants like Amazon, Google and Intel.

Chandler Crossing tenants will benefit from significant frontage on Germann Road, less than a mile south of Loop 202, minutes from two fully diamond freeway interchanges on Cooper and Gilbert Roads, and a short drive from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and Sky Harbor. International airport. It is adjacent to Chandler Municipal Airport and in a shopping center of over 2 million square feet of retail, restaurant and hotel amenities.
