On March 2, NAI Fennelly announced that Synergy Global Properties had purchased 15,000 square feet of industrial space in Hamilton at 5 Nami Lane.
The company’s Jerry and Matt Fennelly represented Americo II LLC, the seller, in the transaction; CBRE’s Peter Shikar represented the buyer, Synergy Global Properties.
This company is owned by Mangesh Chinthamaneni, a former IT entrepreneur who entered the hospitality industry in 2019 when he opened Samudhra in Franklin Park.
Located off Quakerbridge Road with access to Interstate 295 and Route 1, the facility is a 27,000 square foot one-story industrial building with 14-foot ceilings.
According to NAI Fennelly, the sale marks the end of efforts to help longtime client Robert Nami get rid of excess real estate as he prepares to retire.

Jerry and Matthew Fennelly represented the seller, Jeff’s Tire and Auto, in the transaction with American Tire & Auto Care.
The 15-year-old property offers 279 feet of frontage on Route 206, 20-foot clear ceilings and five 10-by-18-foot bays with overhead doors.
